Only small quantities of Paint-Wetting Impairment Substances (PWIS) in varnishing facilities can lead to wetting disturbances. Especially for automobile manufacturers and operators of varnishing facilities, PWIS compliant components have been of greatest importance for many years and there are very high demands on those luminairs.

The brightness is comparable to a 70W high-pressure metal halide lamp or 300W halogen light.
The ballast is housed in a separate box and connected with a 5 metre cable. This allows it to be placed away from the heat source in a cooler area with a maximum temperature of 55°C.
