Informations for dealers
You trade commercially with the products offered. E.g. electrical installer, heating, plumbing, construction company, wholesaler, etc.
- Product Range
Take a look around our online shop or download a PDF catalogue so that you can ‘browse’ offline at your leisure. If you have any questions, you can contact us by phone, email or in person at our showroom in Grosskrotzenburg. The best way to contact us is to quote the article number shown next to each item. We support you in your projects with advice, planning assistance and training. On request, we can offer you customer protection or project protection.
- The Prices
Only the non-binding retail prices from our shop system apply. The prices include VAT, which is shown separately on the invoice. Please send us your business registration so that we can set up a dealer account for you. If you place an order with us as a commercial agent, architect or otherwise, you will receive a reward.
- Request for an offer
Place the desired items in the shopping basket. Open the shopping basket (at the top of the menu bar) and click on the button:

- Ordering
You can add any items and accessories to the shopping basket. The quantities can still be changed afterwards. You can also order by fax, e-mail or post. Please include the article numbers. You are welcome to enter your own reference number, which we will then note on your quotation or order. Immediately after completing an online order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation from the shop system.
For your security, we then check whether the ordered items are available in the desired variant and in sufficient quantities, and whether the items fit together or important accessories are missing. Only then will we send you our ‘official’ order confirmation. If you have chosen to pay in advance, please do not transfer the money until you have received this second order confirmation.
- Chose the shipping method
Collection, Parcel service (standard shipping method, depending on weight, at cost price with DPD parcel service), Forwarding agent (for very large or heavy consignments. At higher forwarding costs depending on volume), or express delivery (guaranteed delivery on the next working day, express surcharge on request).
- Retention of goods
Externally recognisable damage must be reported to the carrier immediately. Do not under any circumstances acknowledge acceptance of the consignment to the driver until the damage has been recorded! Damage that only becomes recognisable after unpacking must be reported to the carrier in writing within 3 days. Please check the goods immediately.
- Payment
Payment is made by prepayment -2% or PayPal.
Authorities are supplied against invoice, payable within 8 days.
Deliveries over 10,000 euros or customised products (e.g. solar lights): Advance payment 50% with order and final payment when the goods are ready for dispatch,
Customers outside of Germany can only be supplied by prepayment.
- Defect or warranty
The warranty period is 12 months. Longer for some items.
Please give us a call: In some cases, our technician can help over the phone. If this is not possible, please request a returns note by e-mail, stating the invoice number. Please enclose the return note with the defective goods. The goods must be sent to us carriage paid for repair. We do not accept parcels sent carriage forward.
